"I am writing to express my concern about a recent interaction with Molly Kissel. When I asked to be connected to a specific employee I prefer to work with at other State Farm agency, Molly responded by saying, “All my employees are experienced, and you don’t have to speak to a specific employee.” While I understand that your staff may be qualified, I believe customers should be allowed to work with the representative they are most comfortable with. The response felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from State Farm. I value professionalism, respect, and customer choice, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future interactions."
