"Update: Caleb has continued to provide prompt, friendly service. My driving & vehicle situation has changed. Caleb promptly responded (as always) & provided my options. In the end he saved me another $26/ month. Thank you Caleb, you’re the best! My original review: My car insurance with Progressive kept going up every couple months to now $500 a MONTH for 2 vehicles & my renters ins included. I’ve asked them & the agent over & over WTF & was told there was nothing they could do. Agent (a family friend for years) didn’t even return my last call or email which really set me off. I made one inquiry yesterday online & Caleb Baker from Molly Kissel’s State Farm agency got right back to me with $235/month & higher coverage! I’m so mad at myself for not doing it sooner. The hundreds of dollars I wasted this year alone makes me sick to my stomach! Thank you Caleb for your knowledge, very pleasant demeanor, promptness, & thorough yet not aggressive follow up!"
